KOWHAI PLACED FIRST VOTING AT SHOW IN NEW PLYMOUTH. I Far Press Association.J NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 2. By an overw helming majority kowhai was voted the national flower of the Dominion by visitors to the National Flower Show. The voting was conducted over the two days of the show and the voting papers were
