BOOKMAKER’S SECOND OFFENCE FINED £250 LAST MARCH. new Plymouth; Feb. 1. Fined £250 for bookmaking last March, when he appeared as a first offender, Vincent Sisarich, was again charged with bookmaking to-day before the same magistrate, Mr. W. H. Woodward, who fined him £25. The magistrate explained that he believed that fines imposed for offences of this kind should relate to the volume of the business done.
