NOT DISARMED

GERMANY HAS FAILED AT.T.TT.D MHJTABY EXPERTS’ REPORT. FORWARDED TO GENEVA. PARIS, Dec. 10. The Ambassadors 1 Conference, at a , two hours 7 meeting, discussed German i disarmament, on which they aro report- | ing to the Foreign Ministers assembled ' at Geneva. ! It is understood that the Allied mili- ; tary experts unanimously agreed that j Germany had not completed disarmament as demanded by the Allies. The German explanation regarding the eastern fortifications and traffic in war material was not regarded as satisfactory. It is expected that the Foreign Ministers will make the next move. The Allies argue that if they made a concession to Germany in connection with war material traffic they must treat other ex-enemy countries in a similar manner.
