A NEW DEGREE
STUDY OF MOTORING COURSE AT LEIPZIG UNIVERSITY. STIFF TESTS SET. BERLIN. Dec. 12. The University of Leipzig, has sanctioned the laward of motoring degrees. Candidates are subjected to stiff scientific tests in operating the motor wheel controls on a screen, before which the cinema projects a breathless series of imminent crashes and fatalities. Manipulation of the controls, also skill, quickness, and calmness, or the reverse, are accurately registered on the recording machines.
