Of the four Dominion broadcasting stations three will bo silent to-day and 3YA Christchurch will supply the following items: — 3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. —Afternoon concert. 7.15 p.m. to 7.45 p.m.—News and reports. 8 to 10 p.m. —First Canterbury Regimental Band. —March, “ Distant Greeting,” the Band; selection, “Melodies of the Past,” the Band; vocal solo, “I Love the Moon,” Miss M. Hardie; cornet solo, “Just a Cottage Small,’ ’ Bandsman S. Allison; fox trot, “I Miss My Swiss,” the Band; vocal solos, “Night of Love,” “Mother Machree,” Mr S. Wilbrahams; march, “Old Cork Road,” the Band; descriptive, “In Old Kentucky,” the Band; pianoforte solo, “Introduction and Fugato, ” Miss D. H. Moody; waltz, “Night of Love,” the Band; vocal solo, “I Hear a Thrush at Eve,” Miss M. Hardie; selection, “The Gondoliers” (Sullivan), the Band; vocal solo, Mr S. Wilbrahams; fox trot, Band; pianoforte solo, “No. 2 Mazurka,” Miss D. H. Moody;, march, “20th Century” (Ord. Hume), the Band. 4YA Dunedin will transmit an additional afternoon session on Tuesdays, commencing to-morrow. 2YK Wellington will be altered from Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, alternate Saturdays and Sundays to Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, alternate Saturdays and Sundays. This revised schedule will become operative from Sunday, December 19.
