PURCHASE OF THE SITE ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED (Per Press Association). PALMERSTON N., Doc. 11. The Government has now completed the purchase of the Batchelor Estate at Fitzherbert in connection with the Agricultural College. The purchase price of £6O an acre has been paid for over 800 acres.
