DIES IN HARNESS DEATH OF M. PASHITCH GRAND OLD MAN O FS ERBIA Received Dec. 12, 11.20 p.m. BELGRADE, Dec. 11. M. Pashitch, the Grand Old Man of Serbia, died in harness at the age of 83. He was seized by an apoplectic fit just as he received a summons from the King to form a Cabinet, with the support of the Radical Party, the present Radical Prime Minister, M. Uzunovitch, having failed to reform his Cabinet after a political crisis.
