BY AIR TO INDIA SERVICE FROM CROYDON. FIRST FLIGHT NEXT SATURDAY. LONDON, Dec. 9. Imperial Airways and De Haviland are inaugurating a Cairo-Bagdad-Kara-chi service. The lirst plane is scheduled to leave Croydon on the morning of December 18. ’ Major-General Sir Sefton Brancker will travel on the initial trip. AIR FORCE ACCIDENTS BRITAIN AND FRANCE. DISCUSSION IN THE COMMONS. LONDON. Dec. 9. In the House of Commons, Major L. Hore-Belisha asked whether in view of the increasing number of Air Force fatalities, Mr. Baldwin would devote a dav before the adjournment for discussion. Mr. Baldwin said that this would be impossible before the rising on December 15. He was satisfied that all precautions were being taken. Major Hore-Belisha said that grave misgivings existed in the country on the question. Later ho drew attention to the smaller fatalities in the French Air Force, which was treble the size of Britain ’s. Sir Philip Sassoon (Air Minister) replied that the French Air Force was not double the strength of the British, but the number of accidents published in the French Press was ludicrously underestimated. '
