ENGINEER’S REPUTATION
DAMAGING STATEMENTS ALLEGED A FIVE THOUSAND POUND CLAIM (Per Prey* 1 CHRISTCHURCH, Doc. 10. Mr Cyrus J. R. Williams, engineer to the Lyttelton Harbour Board, intends, it is stated, to issue a writ for £5OOO against Messrs F. W. Freeman and H. M. Chrystall and several other memi bors of Port and City Committee and the Christchurch Press Co., Ltd. The grounds of action are that the published statements of the committee are calculated to damage his reputation as an engineer.
