MINERS’ GRIEVANCES
NEW GUINEA CLAIMS “WARDEN TO INVESTIGATE. OFFICIAL EN ROUTE FROM QUEENSLAND. Received December 10, 11.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 10. Steps are being taken to investigate and as far as possible remove the miners’ grievances in the New Guinea goldfields. The mining warden is now on route from Queensland to make full inquiries and adjust claims.
