IN ALLIANCE OF LABOUR

GISBORNE FREEZERS DISSATISFIED (Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, Dec. 10. It is reported that a meeting of the Freezing Workers’ Union, by a two to one majority passed a vote of no-con-fidence in the Alliance of Labour, dissatisfaction being general at the handling of the recent dispute. The matter was to-night referred to Mr* C. E. Further dissatisfaction exists among the old unionists at their exclusion from the works. Erstwhile volunteers who have joined the Union have continued their engagement, with the result tn at only a small proportion or the regular hands are able to secure enip! cement.
