NO CONFIDENCE

IN ALLIANCE OFFICIALS HASTINGS FREEZERS DISSATIS FEED. (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, Dec. 9. At a meeting of tho freezing workers last evening to discuss the question of the relationship of unionists and such voluntary labour as was still employed at two of the works, the Alliance of Labour officials were freely criticised on their conduct of the recent freezing dispute, and a motion of no confidence in the Alliance of Labour officials was carried. It was also decided to ask Messrs Roberts and Glover, Alliance officials, to come to Hastings and explain their actions. The matter of working with voluntary labour was referred to a committee, and it is hoped that a settlement will be arrived at by tho volunteers joining the union.
