THREE CHARGES

AGAINST LORRY DRIVER A FINE IMPOSED. (Per Press Association.) CARTERTON, Dec. 8. At the Police Court this morning, before Justices, Charles Robert Leighton was charged with driving a two-ton motor lorry without the same being licensed. He was lined £5 and his driver's license was cancelled for twelve months. Two further charges of driving a lorry without number plates and negligent driving were also preferred against him. and on these he was convicted and discharged on each.
