A CONFERENCE FAILS f THE OVERTIME DISPUTE PROPOSALS TO BE FURTHER CONSIDERED MELBOURNE, Dec. 8. The conference of the Trades Hall Disputes Committee and the Electricity Commissioners failed to find a solution to the dispute existing at Yallourn. The proposals for a settlement submitted to the conference arc to receive further consideration. It is hoped that negotiations will bo resumed and a basis for settlement found.
