DRIVER AND GUARD NURULLA TRAIN SMASH. JUDGE AGREES WITH JURY’S VERDICT. Received December 8. 10.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Dcc A 8. Turner and Davies, the driver and guard of the goods train concerned in the Murulla disaster, were acquitted. The Judge stated that he entirely agreed with the verdict.
