A mob attacked the jews at Tomsk, and 600 perished. The Governors of Lodz and Warsaw liave prohibited political meetings. The Grand 'Duke Vladimir's resignation of the cominanderstip of the guard and tho military district of ,St. Petersiburg lias |been <accepted, likewise that of Prince Khiikoff.
