ALTERATION TO WHARF 81-LAWS In connection with wharfage rates on Chaff, Bran, and Pollard. fIIHIS By-law was duly adopted, passX ed, and made at a Special Meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Beard, held on the 6th October, 1905, and confirmed at a Special Meeting held on the 3rd of November, 1905, and order - ed to come into force on the I.6th November, 1905. ON 15th NOVEMBER, the usual 4.35 p.m. Train will be DELAYED to leave Wanganui at 5.15 p.m. for Palmerston and Taihape, and the usual 3.50 p.m. Train will be DELAYED to leave Wanganui at 5.28 p.m. for Hawera. On 16th NOVEMBER Trains leave Palmerston at 6.45 a.m. and 7.10 a.m. for Wanganui; returning at 5.15 p.m. for Taihape and Palmerston and at 6.5 p.m. for Palmerston. Trains leave Haw-era at 6.40 a.m. and 7.10 a.m. for Wanganui; returning at 5.28 p.m. and 5.50 p.m. for Hawera. The usual 4.35 p.m. Wanganui-Pal-merston Train and the usual 3.50 p.m. Wanganui-Hawera Train will NOT run. HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS will be issued to WANGANUI on 14th and 15th NOVEMBER and by itfORNING TRAINS on 16th NOVEMBER from Palmerston, Taihape, Hawera, and intermediate stations, available for return till 7th December.
