Received November 7, 0.44 a.m. MELBOURNE, November 6. The following horses have been .-scratched for the Melbourne Cup:— "Troytown, Jargoon, and Thackeray. The forecast is fine weather, and warm northerly winds, but", the weather ds gradually gecoming unsettled.
