Cornford(Johnsonville) each guessed the weight -at 385£lbs, and divide tho Uret and second prizes. One fiiheep competition. The correct weightfcvwas 88£lbs. —E. Swainson iPahiatua) -was the nearest, with B^|lbs, and A. Alexander (Normanby) John Waldon (Foxton) and Alex. iNorris (Otaki) each guessed 891bs and divide the setw.ri prize.
