Has any man, much less a Christian, any right to support that which causes such untold evil as the Liquor Traffic does* on such a flimsy plea ? Vote No-License! ' Every legitmate business contributes in some way to the well-being of the community. f What Does the Liquor Traffic Contribute? DEMORALISATION & DEATH. • CONSIDER THE MENACE TO ; CHRISTIAN WORK. Nothing so causes discouragement and disappointment to Christian workers as the hindrances which 3 the Liquor Traffic throw in their way. WILL YOU NOT TRY TO REMOVE THE STUMBLING r BLOCK? YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN VOTING ? This does not free you from responsibility. Those not FOR are AGAINST. 1 Those who uphold the Liquor Traffic by their vote, or who refuse to vote, are in their measure responsible for s the degradation, crime, and poverty which drink entails. On Whose Side will you place Yourself? The side of the Brewer, or the . of Humanity ? Find cut on which side your Master is, and Vote accordingly! Consider the Wives! Many wives are lonely and sad, many homes are desolate, because the husband has yielded to the curse of strong drink, for the licensing of which Church members are generally responsible. STRIKE OUT THE TOP LINE! This is a Battle for God, for Home, for Humanity! : Will you be on the opposing side ?
