REVOLT IN FINLAND.

LONDON, November 2. All Finland has revolted, though the crowds are most orderly. The Governor-General promises that the troops will nob interfere with peaceable people. • The Social Democrats demand the immediate summoning of a constituent Assembly, based on universal'suffrage.
