THE MID-SEASON SALE.
"The abovo sale at the Economic is still boomifig. Another big crowd of buyers attended yesterday to participate in the great bargain-distributing campaign. The manager informs us that this sale has been exceptionally successful, due no doubt to the marvellous values that the firm are offering. When Messrs. George and Kersley say they will give bargains they mean it, and they always keep their word. Wanganui buyers are pretty shrewd, and experience has taught them that the.Economic sales have always been a time of stocking the household drapery and bedding requirements at a very low cost. The sale will continue for a little while yet, and as there are some' special bargains being brought forward to-day, you should shop early so as to bo in time.
