All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Cheltenham, with the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, padigree, colcurs of the rider, and performances of tho horse. 2. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity. . . 3. Any owner fading to declare ins colours at the time of entry will be fined 1 soy., unless they are registered 4. All races to be run under the Rules of Racing as adopted by tba Racing Conference of New Zealand. 5. The committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaration of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may deem fit. 6. Hack means a. horse that has not won at the time of entry a race of the value of 80 soys., or raoss of the collective value of 200 soys., since August Ist, 1899. ' 7. In entering horses owners are particularly reminded that the name, or assumed name of the owner must ba given. 8. There are a limited number of free horses boxes to be obtained on application to the Secretary. 9. Bookmakers will be allowed on the ground at a fee of £5 each, payment to c made in advance. F. C.
