In another encounter the Warsaw infantry killed four and -abounded 30 demonstrators in procession. At least one hundred thousand maroh-
Ed through the Warsaw streets with red flags and sang revolutionary songs. The troops did not interfere.
An infantry patrol was attacked and three wounded. The rest fled.
A number of soldiers tihrew down thecr arms and joined the crowd.
The authorities have been ordered to abrogate martial law. A general amnesty is expected.
The Finnish Senators, before resigning to make way for others possessing t/he people's confidence, appealed to the Czar to repeal the dictatorship and summon a Diet to redress the military service and other grievances. -
A general political strike has begun in Finland. No newspapers are published in the land. Telegraphic and telephoneic services have been stopped.
The crowd disarmed the gendarmes at Remitoaia and ordered tihem to leave.
