Mr Oarruifohere, replying to the Hon. Alfred Deakin, wiith reference to the legal difficulty over the Federal capital site, pretexts that if the Federal Parliament proceeds further with legislation in the matter before the negotiations are concluded tlhe result will engender serious dissatisfaction with New South Wales.
