The 6.30 a.m. train will only stop at titte PRINCIPAL INTERMEDIATE stations. On 2nd November return trains leave Palmersto-n at 4.50 p.m. and 5.25 p.m. for Wanganui. On 3rd November return trains leave Palmemsbon at 4.50 p.m., 5.20 p.m., and 6.10 p.m. for Wanganui. The number of offices to be filled is as under, viz.:—• One for Kapara Riding. Four for Waverley Riding. Four for Okoia Riding. Nominations of candidates must be in form prescribed by the Local Elections Act, and must be delivered to the Returning Officer before noon of the appointed day.
