TOKIO, October 30
A grand Shinto service was held in the Aoyaima Cemetery, Tokio, in honour of those killed in the naval battles. Princes, admirals, and thousands of officers and sailors were present. Admiral Togo delivered a touching address, exhibiting the keenest emotion.
