RANGITIKEI ELECTORATE

Colonel Sommerville has just returned from a week's tour of the eastern portion of the district. He went to the extreme boundary >at Pukeokahu, and held meetings at six different places on the way, and had good audiences at each place; he had an excellent meeting at Gardener's Mill, Lower Moawhanga, and although the weather wa.s bad many ladies -attended. The Colonel speaks (highly of the country, from a farming point of view, both at Pukeokahu and Lower Moawhanga.
