NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY'S LAND REPORT. During the past few weeks wo have effocted tho following sales of land: — 10,000 acres (approimately) of Heaton Park Estate, on behalf of the Trustees of the late Hen. W. B. Rhodes, to Messrs. Charles and Horace Wilson, of Mangamahu. 1G62 acres at Waitotara, being Mr. Charles Forde's Omata Run, including stock, to Mr. Jas. A. McCrea, late cf Tokorangi, near Halcombe. 1800 acres, north of Auckland, to Mr. Cecil Smith, of Pipiriki. There is a good demand for West Coast land, especially pastoral country of good sheep carrying capacity. Those having properties for sale will do well to send particulars to tho above company, whose extensive representation throughout New Zealand and the Commonwealth of Australia, places them in a highly favourable position to handle land business. "No sale no charge" is tho company's rule.
