Committee and read a third time antE passed.

The Conciliation and Arbitration Acfe. Amendment Bill was taken in Committee.

The Hon. Rigg moved to strike out: the words " or propose, aid, or abet; a strike' or lock-out, or a movement intended to produce a strike or lock-out." 5" Lost by 14 votes to 8. The caluse was retained in the BilE by 15 votes to 7, and the Bill passed its; final stages. The Workers' Compensation for Accidents Bill, Government Railways Act; Amendment BUI, , a nd Public Works* Compilation Bill passed all stages. At.ll p.m. tihe Council adjourned tilE 11 a.m. on Monday.
