All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Cheltenham, with .the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colcurs of the rider, and performances of tho horse. 2. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity. 3.
