Sir, In your footnote to my epistle in itihis morning's issue you are entirely wrong in your inference itfoat I am not in touch with Wanganui. lam a visitor ?fco your town and district every month, for days, and sometimes for weeks, ait a time. I have taken and Ibeen a reader of the "Chronicle" for *he lost thirty yearns, and even h»ad I mot been a constant visitor I thank ;your journai would Ibe at fault for not keeping one up to date.
