West's Pictures and the Brescians, who will visit Wenganui on Friday and Saturday, November 3rd and 4th, in their farewell return tour, have put up a record which future companies will find it difficult to equal, much less to »beat.
In six months more than a quarter of a million New Zealanders have paid to see their brilliant pictorial and musical show. At Auckland, for thirty-seven consecutive performances, money was turned away, and altogether over 60,000 folks of the Northern capital filed in Suque (fashion into Maoriland's greatest tieatre.
The reason, for tihis wonderful success is that in addition to its sterling merit, the entertainment is one of immaculate (refinement, Which appeals to every section of the 'community, and is presented rto the public at popular prices, and no irritating early door extras. The opening programme in Wanganui will have everythinig now, and those who attended last visi£ will doubtless 'repeat, and the rest should not Miss what may be the final opportunity of seeing one of the world's moeb popular shows.
