Great meetings 'have been held at the St. Petersburg University. Many officetrs and soldiers were present. Several of the former spoke fearlessly for freedom. Other speakers made1 a violent denunciation of the Czar "and the bureaucracy, which failed to ev.oke any protest. The authorities hesitate to use force. . It ds reported from Kha'rkoff that many have been kiued..'
