WELLINGTON, October 25. Sir Joseph Ward has issued writs fon libel, claiming £5000 damages in each case from the "Post " and .the "Times," for publishing an advertisement by V. Braund, convening ia meeting last night to hear Mm deliver an addiress on certain matters.
