ST. PAUL'S HALL.
We need hardly give a reminder of &o-night's grand concert. Enough has -already been said as to the excellence »«f the* programme. With such well--known local artists as Miss Myra Bassett, and Miss Taia Strack (of the Wanganui Girls' College), and Messrs. M. Neverman, H. B. Strange, E. C. JHardwicke, and W. James (soloists). Mr.- J. G. Swan, who will render a selected musical monologue; Mr. Morley JEvatis, humorist; Messrs. H. Were, J. X* W. Mcßeth, J. G. Swan, and H. .Hntherley, who will render two quartettes, contributing to the programme. There should bo a large attendance. Also the Wanganui Banjo, Mandoline, .and Guitar Club, who will play two -overtures. Messrs. Stewart Austin ana J. S. Lomas will act as accompanists. 'The City Bajid will render a selected programme in front of the hall prior to iho commencement.
