The Education Reserves Bill and the John Mueller Enabling Bill were put through all stages and passed un..aimended. The Lincoln College Reserves Bill was put through Committee stage with an -amendment to the title. The debate on the second reading ot •*he Medical Practitioners Registration JBill was adjourned. The Council rose at 4.55 p.m.
