The Swedish Court is anxious to secure the accession of King Charles of Denmark to the N&nyeigan throne, fearing lest the establishment of- a republic would undoubtedly strengthen the Swedish Radical and Socialistic parties, who aa-e 'agitating for the republic of Sweden.
Received October 19, 9.25 p.m. STOCKHOLM, October 19. King Oscar, in a speech closing the Riksdag, touohingly alluded to the separation, though ho believed a good foundation for a lasting peace has been laid.
