THE MIKADO HONOURS KOMURA
United Press Association.—Copyright. Received October 17, 9.27.p.m. TOKIO, October 17. 'Risings are reported amongst the populace of Korea, but they are not serious, the mobs being without leaders. The Mikado showed Komura exceptional honour, and personally expressed pleasure at the conclusion of: satisfactory peace.
