A Bulgarian ex-Archduke strongly advised his -countrymen in Macedonia to follow Britain's advice, as she was the only disinterested Power.
The Porte has reiterated its refusal to accept the Power's financial control of Macedonia on the ground of interference in the internal administration of the Empire.
