Italy, Germany, and Austria are satisfied with the Convention, and will acoept it in its enterety. The New York Sun publishes a report of the meeting of dynaraitarda held at Brussels on Sunday, The meeting decided not to hamper Messrs Gladstone and tarnell in the agitation for Home jftule for Ireland, and also to refrain from the committal of outrages while there was the slightest possible prospect of Parliament granting self-government to Ireland. The Earl of Selborne, speaking at Tilbury, stated he is unable to support Mr Gladstone's Irish policy, which practically meant spoliation and anarohy, and that the Liberal Unionises must prefer the country before their party.
