Monday, October 31st, 1887, (Before R. Ward, Esq., ±LM.) WOUNDING. Ehaoke iNgarapa, of Maoanhango, Patea, charged with stabbing Hori Warena, at Te Hou Hou, Baagitikei, was, on the application oE Sergeant Bissett, remanded to Mar ton. ; CIVIL OASES. Henry Brodie v Mere Ngatahu; claim £2 16s 3d, Mr James Watt appeared for defendant, and asked that the case be adjourned for a fortnight; Adjournment granted, with costs 8s for plaintiffs attendance. D.O.A. v B. Reid ; claim £1 7s 9d. This was a claim in the estate of T. Bush, draper. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs 19s. W. H. Nettlenhip v B. J. Davies; olaim £2 16s lOd, for goods sold. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs 6s. Same vB. Hunter ; claim £1 8s 6(3, for goods supplied. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs 7e. Wanganui Meat Company v W. 8. Fleetwood ; claim £1 5a 3d. P. Cowie, Secretary to 'the Company, proved defendant's indebtedness, and judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs 6s. Henry Hurley v John Mooney ; claim £9 ss. Judgment summons. Adjourned for a fortnight, as the sumouonea had not been delivered. J. and E. Sloan v W. Qt. Watt; claim £7 lls. Mr Barnicoat for plaintiff. Ordered to be paid, as agreement between parties. Henry Waller vW. J. Blake ; olaim £11 14s, for rent and recovery of a tenement. Mr Hutchison appeared for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for £11 14s, and costs 15s, counsel's fee 1 guinea, and ordered that the possession of tenement bo given up to plaintiff by the 9th November, in default imprisonmonk. Mr J. Anderson applied for the issue of a judgment summons in the case, Anderson v Wiggins, which was ordered to be issued.
