(per united press association ) AUCKLAND. June 23. A quantity more of the jewellery belonging to Henrickson has been found in bottles, concealed under water, in the graving dock. This, with the jewellery found in the Domain, covers the entire quantity. The Resident Magistrate this morning committed Stevens for trial, stating that the legal question raised by the counsel for the defence could not he decided in that Court. The defence is reserved. A petition to Parliament is being signed favourable to the remission of the legacy duty on charitable bequests.
