Terms of Payment. — With the applcations for Deferred Payment Sections one-twentieth of the upset price mustjbe paid in Oash or by Bank Draft, tbe balance of the purchase money in half yearly instalments extending ten years ; this will also apply to .the Deferred Payment Sections to be offered at public auction. For the Cash Sections, one-fourth muse be paid on tbe fall of tbe hammer, the balance (including Crown Grant Fee) within one montb from the day of sale.
