The steamship Orient arrived at Plymouth to-day from Melbourne, May 9th. Her cargo of frozen provisions, consisting of 3200 carcases of mutton and 900 cases of apples, is reported to be in good condition. CAPETOWN. June 20. The death is announced to-day of Bishop Colenso, of Natal, aged 69. AMSTERDAM. June 21. A serious firo occurred to-day at the dockyard in this city. A.Dutch warship lying . in dock was totally destroyed, and great damage was done to other property.
