No entry will bo received {for any races except upon this condition — that all disputes; qlaims/ahd objections .arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or ; those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon nil points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. ■ All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Wanganui; entrance money enclosed, with name, ago at the time of entry, pedigree, and, in the caso of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. Any jockey'riding except in the colours entered, will be fined 3 soys. Whon two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half -hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys to the race fund. All entries should be made on the Club's printed forms' of entry, which may be obtained at the office of the Hon. Secretary. All" races" to be run under the W.J.C. Rules.
