Any jockey riding except in the colours Altered will bo fined 2 soys. ' 4. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. ' 5. All -races to be run under the W. J.C. rules. 6. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. " . • 7. Qualification fee for non-member 1 sot. . .. ... 8. In all races tlie second horse only saves his stakes when it is specially "mentioned. 9. No entry or nomination mil be received after the time specified for closihg.
