Notwithstanding the two stock,sales held at Martnn and Bulls m Tuesday and Wednesday, and the temporary alteration of our sale day, we have to report avery successful sale on Thm-Kday. The,attendance was (rood and the bidding F]>irited, everything with the exception of one pen o. thirty steersbeingsold, and mos ly under the hammer. Caitlts—Fat bullocfcs, L 7 8s to L 7 17s; 2-j earold steers, 13 8s to L 3 11s; cows and calves, hi 10s i milking cows, Ussto L 6 15i; dry cows in calf, LS 6s to 14 ss; 2)-year-old heifers, 1,3; , yearlings, 12 9s to 1,211 sj weaners, 335. Sesef —About-400 were penned, and nil sold — Fat shorn wethers, lls lid; store do, 9sßd; store sheep unshorn, 13s Sd. Hobsib—Hacks, 1515s to 11112s 6d.
