Handicap to carry a penalty of 31bs ; one and a-half miles. To start at 4 p.m. Consolation Handicap, of 20 soys ; handicap for all beaten horses ; nomination, 1 soy ; once round the course ; post entry. To start at 5 p.m. Marton-Rangitikei Debut oe 1886, for tlu-ce-ycar-olds ; a sweepstake of 10 soys for starters; with 100 soys added ; colts, Bst lOlbs ; fillies and geldings, Sst 51bs ; 2 soys on nomination, 3 soys on general entry night for 1886 meeting, and 5 soys atthexiosfc; one and a-half miles. Nominations for the above race close on Wednesday, 4th April, 18S3. BULES. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition, That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or those whom tl*»v may appoint. Their decision upon all poi. ts connected witb the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2. All entries to bo sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Bulls, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at tune of entry, pedigree, and in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, - name of tho owner, and colours of the rider. 3. Any jockey riding except in the colours Entered will be fined 2 soys. 4. When two or more horses start, the prspcrty of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. 5. All races to be run under the W.J.C. rules. 6. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. 7. Qualification fee for non-member 1 80V. 8. In'all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it is specially mentioned. 9. No entry or nomination will be received after the time specified for closing. Letters bearing the postmark of date of entry, and telegrams of same date, will be received. Nominations for Plying Stakes, MartonRangitikei Handicap, District Handicap, and Railway Handicap, will close at the Clifton Hotel, Bulls, on tho loth November, at 9 p.m. ; weights declared 29th November; nominations for Handicap Hurdles, general entries and acceptances close on the 14th December, at tho Clifton Hotel, at 9 p.m. J.
