NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganm Heads Railway Company (Limited), proposes to construct a Railway under " Tho District Railway's Act, 187 1 ?," from a point on tho reclaimed land in tho Borough of Wanganui, near the Government railway station, to the mouth of tho Wanganui river, and has caused the middle line, and direction thereof to be set forth on a plan and described in a hook of reference showing the lands required to he taken for the same, and the names of the owners, and occupiers of such lands so far as they can be ascertained, and that copies of such plan, and book of reference, have been deposited for publio inspection at the office of the Borough Council of Wanganui ; at the office of the Council of tho County of Wanganui; and at the Publio Works Office, in the City of Wellington.
